We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Telematics Officer
Location: Lagos
Job Role & Responsibilities
- Keeps a record of all tracker IMEIs and their SIM phone numbers
- Maintain a record of all vehicles tracked within the area of jurisdiction
- Install and manage trackers on all vehicles within the area of jurisdiction
- Ensure every vehicle is tracked and reporting live location on the IoT Platform
- Monitor and ensure all vehicles are within their primary locations
- Work with the collections, Recovery and Welfare teams by providing accurate vehicle locations when needed
- Detect abnormal situations with vehicles and escalate immediately to Management
- Monitor and utilize GPS systems to monitor drivers and track vehicles in case of theft
- Analyze data to increase business operational efficiency
- Periodically review the tracking platform and make recommendations to management on improvement
Requirements
- 2 years’ experience minimum
- Minimum of ND in Electrical/Electronic Engineering
- Fleet Industry experience.
