Verstand Resources – Our client, a leading Medical Spa, is recruiting suitably qualified candidates to fill the position below:

Job Title: IT Professional

Location: Wuse 11, Abuja
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities
Systems & Process Innovation:

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of systems and processes that ensure seamless operations across all departments.
• Identify inefficiencies in existing workflows and implement innovative solutions to optimize productivity and service delivery.
• Collaborate with department heads to align operational processes with organizational goals and industry best practices.
• Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and efficiency in operations.
• Regularly assess emerging technologies and recommend their integration to improve business processes and outcomes.

IT Management
Oversee all IT functions as outlined in the previous IT Expert role, including;

• Streamlining IT processes and systems to enhance operational efficiency.
• Managing network infrastructure, cybersecurity, and IT support for all departments.
• Leading IT projects and ensuring their timely delivery and adherence to specifications.
• Providing technical training to staff and maintaining comprehensive IT documentation.
• Implementing robust cybersecurity measures to safeguard organizational data and systems.

Operational Leadership:

• Serve as a strategic advisor to the CEO and management team on matters related to systems architecture, process optimization, and technology adoption.
• Foster collaboration between departments to ensure seamless integration of new processes and technologies.
• Drive a culture of innovation by encouraging team members to propose and implement creative solutions to operational challenges.
• Oversee the procurement, setup, and maintenance of IT and operational equipment while ensuring adherence to industry standards.
• Develop and maintain a roadmap for operational and technological advancements within the organization.

Reporting & Documentation:

• Maintain comprehensive documentation for all systems, processes, and IT configurations.
• Provide regular reports on the status of ongoing projects, system performance, and process improvements.
• Develop and present key operational insights and recommendations to management for informed decision-making.

Training & Knowledge Sharing:

• Conduct training sessions to enhance the technical and operational skills of staff across departments.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing to ensure the organization remains agile and innovative.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications such as ITIL, PMP, or industry-specific certifications.
• Minimum 5 – 7 years of experience in IT management, process optimization, and systems integration.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
• Proven experience in IT management, process optimization, and systems integration.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and network management.

Salary
N200,000 – N300,000 monthly
