A leading Multinational company with interest in Telecommunications is recruiting highly competent and result driven candidates with proven track record in Audit and IT to fill the position below:

Job Title: Audit Manager (Information System Audit)

Location: Nigeria

Responsibilities

• Develop the annual IT audit plans based on enterprise risk assessment and business priorities.
• Perform continuous risk assessment of emerging technologies, network security. and data privacy risks.
• Align IT audit activities with overall business objectives and internal audit strategy.
• Audit Execution & Quality Assurance Lead and supervise end-to-end IT audits covering infrastructure, network systems (HLR, MSC, IN), ERP, billing systems, and VAS platforms.
• Ensure quality and consistency of audit working papers, documentation, and reports in compliance with IIA standards.
• Coordinate use of data analytics and automated testing to enhance audit effectiveness.
• Evaluate IT governance processes using COBIT, ITIL, ISO 27001, and other frameworks.
• Monitor compliance with NCC, NDPR, GSMA, and other relevant regulations and standards.
• Review cybersecurity controls, business continuity plans, and disaster recovery capabilities.
• Report to the Chief Internal Auditor on control enhancements, policy updates, and process improvements.”

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Accounting, Engineering, or any related field.
• Master’s Degree (MBA / M.Sc.) in IT Risk Management, Cybersecurity preferred.
• CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor) is compulsory. Additional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor, CRISC, or ITIL are highly desirable.
• Minimum of 10 years post certification work experience in IT Audit, Technology Risk Management, or Information Security, preferably in the telecom industry.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale IT audits, leading teams, and presenting findings to senior management.
• Strong knowledge of IT governance frameworks (COBIT, ITIL) and cybersecurity standards.
• Familiarity with telecom network elements, billing systems, ERP platforms, and data analytics tools.
• Understanding of cloud computing, emerging technologies, and associated risks.
