Key Requirements
- Minimum of 2 – 3 years of experience working at heights, preferably in the telecommunications or construction industry.
- Experience with the installation and maintenance of telecommunications equipment is highly desirable.
- Experience with fiber cabling and splicing is highly desirable.
- Experience as a telecommunications rigger or related field.
- Proficiency in climbing and working at heights, with certification in tower climbing.
- Knowledge of rigging techniques, knots, and safety procedures specific to tower climbing.
- Proficiency in fiber cabling and splicing
- Understanding of telecommunications equipment and wireless antenna systems.
- Ability to use hand and power tools effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Physical fitness and ability to perform strenuous tasks at heights.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to travel and work in various outdoor environments and weather conditions.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
