Job Title: IT Admin Officer

Role Description

  • We’re looking for a skilled IT Administrator Officer to oversee our company’s digital infrastructure, website management, and online systems.
  • The ideal candidate is both technically sound and creatively adaptive, able to manage web platforms, optimize performance, and support cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage WordPress and WooCommerce websites (setup, customization, updates, and optimization).
  • Oversee Google Workspace, Zoho Mail, and hosting environments (domains, servers, SSL, and configurations).
  • Support project management operations using tools like Trello, Notion, or SmartSuite.
  • Run and monitor digital ads (Google, YouTube), analyze campaign data, and generate performance reports.
  • Track analytics (GA4, Search Console) and implement SEO recommendations.
  • Provide IT support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth team collaboration across tools.

Skills & Competencies

  • 3+ years’ experience in IT administration, website management, or digital systems.
  • Proficiency in WordPress, Google Workspace, Excel/Sheets, and digital analytics tools.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with automation, SEO, and online marketing tools is an added advantage.
