We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

Location: Abuja (FCT)

The Role

  • We’re looking for a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) who’s more than just a software engineer — a visionary technologist who can architect solutions, build digital products, and translate big ideas into scalable systems.
  • You’ll be joining the founding team, helping shape the technical backbone of AxonVault and our self-initiated innovation projects.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the technical strategy and innovation roadmap for AxonVault and client projects.
  • Oversee software development, from concept to deployment (apps, platforms, digital tools, etc.).
  • Build and manage a lean, high-performing tech team.
  • Develop and prototype solutions using AI, data science, automation, and modern web technologies.
  • Collaborate with our business and innovation teams to design products that solve real market problems.
  • Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Contribute to thought leadership — helping clients and partners understand what’s next in tech and innovation.

 What We’re Looking For

  • Interested candidates should possess a B.Sc Degree
  • Proven experience in software engineering, product development, and team leadership.
  • A good sense of product design thinking and innovation.
  • A visionary mindset – able to balance creativity with commercial logic.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Strong background in one or more of:

  • App development (Flutter, React Native, etc.)
  • Data analytics & AI/ML engineering
  • Backend development (Python, Node.js, etc.)
  • Cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure)
