Trustlub Fluid Resources Limited is an indigenous company that engages in the production and distribution of Trustlub brand of lubricants, supply of fuels, associated lubrication engineering, importation of base oil, additives, grease and provision of customer support services.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Customer Service Executive

Location: New Makun City, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first contact for customer inquiries and complaints.
  • Maintain a positive, professional, and customer-focused attitude at all times.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints quickly and effectively.
  • Foster strong relationships with existing and prospective customers to ensure continual business.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on customer service performance metrics.

Requirements

  • HND / Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, or any related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service in an FMCG or Oil & Gas sector.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM software.
  • Professional demeanor, integrity, and customer-oriented mindset.
