About the Role
- We are seeking dynamic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Relations Officers.
- As the first point of contact for our valued clients, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service, resolving inquiries, and marketing the bank product while ensuring a seamless banking experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide prompt and courteous assistance to customers across various channels (in-person, phone, email)
- Handle account inquiries, complaints, and service requests professionally
- Promote bank products and services tailored to customer needs
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve issues efficiently
- Uphold the bank’s reputation through excellent service delivery
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: SSCE, OND, HND, or BSc in any discipline
- Age: Not more than 35 years
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-centric mindset with problem-solving abilities
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with banking systems (an advantage)
- Previous experience in customer service or banking is a plus.
