Job Title: Marketing Executive / Guest Experience

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Job Summary

• Responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies while ensuring outstanding guest experiences to strengthen brand visibility and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective marketing campaigns to promote hospitality services.
• Manage social media pages and digital marketing activities to boost engagement.
• Collaborate with operations to ensure smooth and memorable guest experiences.
• Handle guest feedback, follow-ups, and reviews to maintain service excellence.
• Organize promotional events and partnerships to increase brand awareness.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis for business growth insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or Hospitality Management.
• 2–4 years of experience in marketing, brand communications, or guest relations.
• Strong communication, creativity, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and social media management.
• Previous hospitality industry experience is an added advantage.
