We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Project Manager (Construction)
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Reports To: General Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage construction projects from initiation to completion
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders
- Prepare/review contracts, scopes of work, project documentation
- Monitor progress vs. milestones; ensure safety, legal, quality compliance
- Conduct site visits, manage change orders, risk, variations
- Provide regular reports to senior management and clients; maintain stakeholder relationships.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related fields
- 10 ‑ 15 years of experience in construction project management
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g. MS Project, Primavera, etc.)
- Strong leadership, communication, organizational skills; up‑to‑date knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, contract management
- Ideal candidates should be available to resume within two / three weeks.
Salary
N600,000 net per month.
