Job Summary

• We are seeking to engage the services of a highly experienced and result-driven Electrical Engineer.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing electrical systems design, maintenance, and operational efficiency in a dynamic industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain electrical systems and equipment for plant operations.
• Supervise electrical installations, upgrades, and troubleshooting across all plant units.
• Develop and enforce preventive and corrective maintenance plans to minimize equipment downtime.
• Ensure all electrical operations comply with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Evaluate and improve system performance, energy efficiency, and reliability.
• Coordinate with mechanical and process teams to support integrated plant performance.
• Prepare technical reports, documentation, and maintenance logs.

Requirements

• B.Sc Degree or HND in Electrical or Electronic Engineering from a recognized institution.
• Minimum of 10 years post-qualification experience in a well structures work environment
• In-depth knowledge of power systems, motor control, instrumentation, PLCs, and industrial automation.
• Strong troubleshooting and project management skills.
• Familiarity with industry standards such as IEEE, NEC, IEC, and NERC.
• COREN registration or relevant professional certification is an added advantage.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and technical reporting skills.
