Job Description
Derive Communications Systems & Engr. Limited is a fully indigenously owned company incorporated in 2010 with physical offices in Abuja and Lagos; and operates nationwide. An expert company and specialist in providing Extra Low Voltage solutions such as electronic security solutions, fire safety protection systems, Data Networking, Network Security and Information technology solutions, Building Management System, Communications systems and renewable energy solutions; the company is recruiting a Human Resource Executive to join the team.
We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Technician (Electrical)
Location: Lugbe, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Perform first & second fix work on both new & ongoing project
- Troubleshoot faults and carry out routine maintenance
- connect the test wiring and electrical components
- read & interpret technical drawings and schematics
- Ensure compliance with safety and electrical standards
- Collaborate effectively with team members on site
- Install & maintain solar panels and ELV systems (CCTV, fire alam, access control etc.)
Requirements
- Minimum of SSCE Certificate
- Minimum of 3 years’ Experience
- Completion of Apprenticeship
- Trade Test (Added Advantage)
- Experience in ELV & Solar installation (Added Advantage)
- National Diploma (Added Advantage).
