Job Summary
- As the NOC Engineer, you will be responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and troubleshooting network systems to ensure optimal performance and uptime.
- You will proactively identify and resolve issues, manage incident escalations, and provide technical support to ensure efficient service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage network performance across all systems and infrastructure
- Perform system administration and troubleshooting on network equipment
- Identify, analyze, and resolve network problems promptly to minimize downtime
- Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level technical teams and ensure timely resolution
- Prepare reports on network performance and service quality metrics
Requirements
- B.Sc./HND in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in network operations or technical support
- Strong understanding of fixed wireless communication and Cisco network devices
- CCNA/CCNP certification required; proficiency in managing Cisco switches
- Must be available for 24/7 shift rotation; strong communication and problem-solving skills
Salary
NGN 200,000 – N250,000 / Month.
