Job Title: Electromechanical / Electrical / Mechanical Engineer

Employment Type: 3-Month Contract (with possible extension or permanent placement)

Job Summary

  • The Electromechanical / Electrical / Mechanical Engineerwill be responsible for the design, installation, maintenance, and optimization of manufacturing systems by integrating mechanical and electrical components.
  • The ideal candidate is technically sound, analytical, and solution-driven, with proven experience in troubleshooting, equipment performance, and production support within a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and integrate electrical and mechanical systems including motors, sensors, and controllers.
  • Develop and test prototypes for new systems and process improvements.
  • Diagnose and resolve equipment failures, providing timely technical solutions.
  • Supervise equipment installation, testing, and maintenance within production operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional engineering and technical teams to meet production goals.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate technical documentation, reports, and test results.
  • Ensure all engineering activities comply with safety and operational standards.

Requirements

  • OND / HND / B.Sc. in Electrical, Mechanical, or Electromechanical Engineering.
  • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in manufacturing, plant maintenance, or related fields.
  • Strong analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and automation systems.
  • Excellent teamwork, communication, and logical reasoning abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Salary
N500,000 Monthly (plus accommodation and transport support).
