We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: WordPress Developer

Location: Nationwide

  • We are looking for a skilled Web Developer proficient in WordPress to join our team.
  • You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performing, visually appealing, and user-friendly websites.
  • Your role will involve implementing best practices in web development, optimizing site performance, and ensuring seamless user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain responsive websites using WordPress
  • Customize themes, templates, and plugins to enhance functionality and user experience.
  • Optimize websites for speed, SEO, and accessibility.
  • Implement design mockups into functional web pages with pixel-perfect accuracy.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve website issues, ensuring smooth performance.
  • Collaborate with designers, content creators, and marketing teams to align web projects with business goals.
  • Manage integrations with third-party services, APIs, and automation tools.
  • Ensure website security, backups, and updates are regularly maintained.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging web technologies.

Requirements

  • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree
  • Proven experience as a Web Developer with expertise in WordPress
  • Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
  • Experience customizing WordPress themes and plugins.
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices and website optimization techniques.
  • Experience with third-party integrations, APIs, and automation tools
  • Understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive design.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with e-commerce platforms like WooCommerce or Shopify.
  • Basic understanding of design tools like Figma or Adobe XD.
  • Knowledge of web performance tools (Google PageSpeed Insights, GTmetrix).

Salary
N100,000 – N150,000 monthly.
