We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: ERP Developer / Functional Consultant

Location: Lagos 
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities
ERP Development & Customization:

  • Design, develop, and implement custom modules, plug-ins, workflows, and dashboards in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • Customize existing features and functionalities to meet business requirements.
  • Maintain and enhance existing ERP applications, ensuring optimal performance

Requirements Analysis:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes, user requirements, and challenges within the telecommunications domain.

ERP Implementation:

  • Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of ERP systems tailored to the telecommunications industry, ensuring alignment with business goals and industry best practices.

Customization and Integration:

  • Customize ERP solutions to meet specific telecommunications business needs and ensure smooth integration with existing systems and processes.

Data Migration:

  • Oversee data migration processes, ensuring accurate and secure transfer of data from legacy systems to the new ERP platform.

User Training and Support:

  • Conduct training sessions for end-users on ERP functionality and provide ongoing support to ensure efficient utilization of the system.

Testing and Quality Assurance:

  • Develop and execute test plans to validate ERP system functionality, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a high level of quality and reliability.

Documentation:

  • Create comprehensive documentation, including functional specifications, process flows, and training materials, to support ERP implementation and ongoing maintenance.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, operations, and management, to ensure ERP solutions align with overall business objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an ERP Developer and Functional Consultant.
  • In-depth knowledge of ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics,SAP, Oracle)
  • Strong understanding of telecommunications business processes, including billing, network management, and customer relationship management (CRM).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Project management experience is a plus.
  • Relevant certifications in ERP are highly desirable.
