Job Title: Legal Officer

About the Job

  • We’re looking for a skilled Legal Officer to join our growing team and support our operations across multiple telecom verticals.

The Role

  • As Legal Officer, you’ll play a critical role in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, ensuring regulatory compliance, and advising management on corporate and commercial matters.
  • You’ll work closely with both internal teams and external stakeholders to protect Servicia’s interests and ensure smooth legal operations across our business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Draft, review, and negotiate commercial and service agreements (MoUs, NDAs, SLAs, etc.).
  • Advise on corporate law, compliance, and regulatory filings.
  • Liaise with the NCC, NITDA, and other regulatory bodies as needed.
  • Support company secretarial duties and governance documentation.
  • Manage legal risk and ensure compliance across all ICT and telecom operations.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess an LL.B and B.L Degree (Nigerian Bar admission).
  • 4–6 years post-call experience in corporate/commercial law, preferably in ICT or. telecommunications.
  • Strong experience in contract drafting, negotiation, and regulatory compliance.
  • Familiarity with telecom licensing, content agreements, or ICT operations is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, attention to detail, and stakeholder management skills.
