We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Legal Associate
Location: Ikota, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and interpret legal documents, contracts, and agreements
- Conduct legal research and provide sound advice to management
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and corporate governance
- Represent the company in legal matters where necessary
- Liaise with external solicitors, regulatory bodies, and other stakeholders
- Maintain accurate records of all legal documentation and correspondence
Requirements
- LL.B Degree and BL from a recognized institution
- 1–3 years of post-call experience in a corporate or law firm environment
- Strong knowledge of corporate and commercial law
- Excellent communication, analytical, and drafting skills
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail
- Must reside around Ikota, Lekki–Ajah or its environs (proximity is essential).
Salary
N300,000 – 400,000 Monthly.
