Job Summary

  • We are seeking highly skilled, results-driven lawyers with proven expertise in real estate law, property transactions, and complex litigation.
  • This role is ideal for seasoned professionals who thrive on delivering excellence, solving complex legal challenges, and driving real outcomes and experience in managing high rise building

Key Requirements

  • LL.B degree from an accredited university and admission to the Nigerian Bar.
  • Minimum of 5 years of solid post-call experience with a focus on real estate law and litigation.
  • Deep knowledge of property law, contracts, real estate finance, property rights, and dispute resolution.
  • Demonstrated success in managing and winning litigation matters.
  • Up-to-date understanding of real estate regulations and compliance frameworks.
  • Exceptional research, drafting, and analytical skills.
  • Strong negotiation, advocacy, and communication abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines with precision.
