We are a Leading Company in the Sales of Downstream Petroleum products (Diesel). Due to ongoing transformation and expansion, our organisation is recruiting innovative, self-motivated and resourceful candidates to fill the position below:

Job Title: Head Officer (Sales)

Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • The ideal candidate must be aggressive and result-oriented.

Core Responsibilities

  • Ability to increase and drive volume in the sales of Petroleum products (Diesel).
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
  • Monitor sales performance, analyze sales data, and adjust strategies to optimize results.
  • Build and maintain stronger relationships with key customers, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell.

Requirements

  • Minimum of B.Sc / HND (2nd Class Lower / Lower Credit).
  • A minimum of not less than 5 years’ working experience in the sales of Petroleum Product (Diesel) with verifiable track records.
  • Not more than 40 years old.

Must possess the following skills:

  • Strong leadership skills to motivate and manage a sales team
  • Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • A strong focus on achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients.
