Job Title: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Location: Lagos, Nigeria

Job Summary

  • The CFO will provide strategic financial leadership, oversee the company’s financial operations, and ensure effective planning, risk management, and reporting.
  • The ideal candidate will be a forward-thinking finance executive with deep knowledge of the downstream oil and gas sector, financial strategy, and capital management.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.
  • Professional qualifications such as ICAN or ACCA,
  • MBA or postgraduate degree in Finance or Business Administration is an added advantage.
  • Must have 12–15 years progressive experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a senior management role, preferably within the downstream oil and gas industry.
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations, taxation, and petroleum sector operations.
  • Proven experience in strategic financial management, corporate governance, and stakeholder engagement.

Remuneration
Competitive and commensurate with experience, including performance-based incentives and executive benefits.
