Job Description

  • The Experience Officer is the bridge between clarity and connection.
  • You’ll ensure that clients not only get results — they feel our difference.
  • From onboarding to reporting, your role is to manage the relationship, track feedback, and make sure every experience with Slvr Wlf feels premium, structured, and human.

Responsibilities
What You’ll Do:

  • Manage client communications, timelines, and expectations.
  • Track deliverables and coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution.
  • Collect client feedback and translate it into actionable insights.
  • Support the strategy team with reports and presentation prep.
  • Bring brands to life online — write captions, schedule posts, manage comments, and ensure each account you handle reflects the client’s voice and Slvr Wlf’s premium standard.

Requirements
What We’re Looking For:

  • 1 – 3 years’ experience in client service, communications, or brand management.
  • Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects at once.
  • Empathy, professionalism, and attention to detail.

Non-negotiables:

  • Camera-ready and confident on video.
  • Excellent written English and attention to tone.
  • Reliable, organised, and deadline-driven.

Benefits

  • Salary: N180,000 – N200,000 / month.
  • Growth track → Content Architect or Account Strategist within 12 months based on performance.
