We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Representative

Locations: Abeokuta, Shagamu and Ijebu Ode – Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Customer and lead management: Identify and contact potential customers through online channels. Nurture leads through the sales funnel and manage customer interactions in a CRM system. Conduct online product presentations and consultations to close deals.
  • Sales and revenue generation: Sell products and services to achieve sales objectives. Meet or exceed monthly sales quotas. Develop sales strategies and provide sales forecasts.
  • Customer service and support: Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat. Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally. Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain profitable customer relationships.
  • Product and market knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the company’s products and services. Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and promotions.
  • Administrative tasks: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Update customer databases with contact details and interest information. Generate and submit regular sales reports.

Requirements

  • Interested candidates should possess an NCE / OND qualification with 3 – 5 years work experience.
