Job Description
- We are looking for an experienced Sales Representative to drive sales and market expansion for our home appliance products in the Lagos.
- The ideal candidate should have a strong background in sales, excellent negotiation skills, and experience in the home appliance industry.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share in the region
- Identify and engage potential customers, retailers, and distributors
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive repeat business
- Meet and exceed sales targets through effective prospecting and closing deals
- Monitor market trends, competition, and customer feedback to optimize sales approaches
- Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis
Requirements
- Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience in the home appliance or electronics industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Strong negotiation, persuasion, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of themarket and ability to build relationships with local retailers and distributors
- Ability to work independently, self-motivated, and result-driven
- Excellent communication skills in English and preferred language of the region
- Must reside in or be willing to travel frequently within the region.
