Role Description

• This is a full-time, on-site role for Risk And Internal Control based in Lagos.
• The role involves assessing and mitigating risks, implementing internal control processes, monitoring compliance, and conducting audits to ensure the integrity and security of the bank’s operations.
• The position requires daily collaboration with various departments to ensure that risk management practices are integrated into all aspects of the bank’s activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
• Risk Assessment, Risk Mitigation, and Risk Management skills
• Internal Control Processes and Compliance Monitoring skills
• Auditing and Reporting skills
• Analytical and Problem-Solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with various departments
