We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: HEAD of H3SEQ (Health, Safety, Security, Social, Environment, and Quality)

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • Responsible for leading the development and implementation of the company’s Health, Safety, Security, Social Performance, Environment, and Quality (H3SEQ) strategies in alignment with corporate objectives, regulatory requirements, international standards, and client expectations.
  • The role drivesenterprise-wide risk management across all business units and project sites. It also promotes a proactive safety culture, ensures the integrity of Quality Management Systems, and advances continuous improvement initiatives to safeguard people, assets, the environment, and the organization’s reputation.
  • The ideal candidate will bring proven expertise in H3SEQ and Quality Management, a deep understanding of regulatory frameworks, and strong leadership skills with the ability to influence behavior, drive organizational change, and champion a data-driven approach to sustainable performance improvement.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a B.Sc Degree with 10 – 15 years work experience.
