Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Global and Regional Risk and Compliance team members to build a risk awareness culture on the account and minimize compliance gaps
  • Support annual planning activities, including the account risk assessment, country risk assessment, and development of Risk and Compliance strategic initiatives and sampling plan
  • Proactive analysis of data, developing summary conclusions and reporting, leading discussions with the team regarding findings
  • Delivery of monthly client compliance checks and reporting
  • Support timely and accurate reporting for key governance meetings
  • Lead ad hoc analysis and reporting, as assigned
  • Management of team SharePoint site and content
  • Review and analyse global risk incident reporting. Assist in the management of follow up reporting to risk incidents.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the Risk and Compliance team, including development of templates, policies, and procedures
  • Identify opportunities for improvements in processes and collaborate with the business partners to implement appropriate remediation plans
  • Establish and maintain excellent working relationships with peers, internal colleagues, and clients
  • Perform training activities as needed
