Job Title: Operations Manager (Boutique Hotel & Spa)

Position Overview

  • The Operations Manager will be responsible for the seamless operation of the hotel, spa, and restaurant, ensuring that all services meet the highest standards of quality and hospitality.
  • The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess strong operational and managerial skills, and have a deep understanding of facility management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of the hotel, spa, and restaurant, ensuring exceptional service delivery and guest satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures to optimize efficiency and maintain service excellence.
  • Manage facility operations, including maintenance of electrical and plumbing systems, ensuring compliance with safety standards and AMAC regulations.
  • Foster effective communication and collaboration among staff to create a positive workplace culture.
  • Monitor operational performance metrics, analyze trends, and implement improvement strategies as needed.
  • Provide training and mentorship to staff, promoting professional development and a commitment to hospitality excellence.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance service offerings and guest experiences.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in operations management within the hotel or hospitality industry, preferably in a 5-star environment.
  • Strong operational skills with a solid understanding of facility management principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability

Salary Range
N400,000 – N500,000 / Month.
