Job Title: Chief Operating Officer

Location: Lagos Island – Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to achieve organizational objectives.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness across all departments.
  • Collaborate with the executive team to set and achieve short-term and long-term goals.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Lead and mentor department heads to foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and collaboration.
  • Manage budgets, allocate resources, and ensure financial sustainability.
  • Identify and mitigate operational risks while ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Drive initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
  • Represent the organization in negotiations, partnerships, and stakeholder engagements.

Requirements

  • Interested candidates should possess relevant qualifications with 10 – 12 years of relevant experience.

Salary
N1,500,000 Monthly.
