Job Title: Male Residential Cook

Location: Lagos

Job Description 

  • The Male Residential Cook will be responsible for planning and preparing high-quality local and continental meals, including Akwa Ibom and Igbo dishes, for a family. He will
    • Create menus
    • Advise on ingredients
    • Ensure a delightful dining experience in line with dietary preferences and standards.

Qualification / Requirements

  • Igbo and Akwa Ibom cooks/chefs, required
  • Minimum 2 years of family cooking experience or in a restaurant
  • Culinary training will be an added advantage.

Behaviour and Skills:

  • Experience in preparing South-east and South-south dishes
  • Experience in cooking for high-profile individuals or events
  • Mandatory – Excellent culinary skills, menu planning, and food preparation
  • Food safety, cleanliness, and hygiene
  • Professional and polite
  • Attention to detail and creativity in presentation
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Timeliness is of great importance.

Benefits

  • Salary: N100,000 – N200,000 Monthly
