Winnys Meals on the Move Nigeria Limited is a Nigerian fast-food restaurant, with outlets in Badagry, Festac, Abuja Asokoro, international airport. Our services include Eat-In, Outdoor catering, Bulk soup orders, and Food delivery.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Baker

Location: Asokoro, Abuja (FCT) 
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • The Baker will prepare and bake awide variety of breads, pastries, cakes, and other baked foods.

Duties/Responsibilities

  • Measure, mix, and prepare doughs, batters, and fillings according to recipes.
  • Bake pastries, pies, bread, and other baked products.
  • Decorate and finish baked goods as required (e.g., icing, glazing, garnishing).
  • Monitor baking processes and make adjustmentswhen necessary.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation, in compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Ensure consistent product quality and presentation.
  • Experiment with and develop new recipes to meet customer preferences.

Requirements

  • 1 year Proven experience as a baker.
  • Knowledge of baking techniques and food safety standards.
  • Ability to follow recipes precisely and also create new ones.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Physical stamina to work in a fast-paced, high-temperature environment.
  • Creativity and attention to detail.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays.

Salary
N70,000 per month.
