Job Title: Chef (Indian Cuisine Specialist)

Location: Mowe, Ogun

Job Description

  • We are seeking a skilled and passionate Chef who specializes in Indian cuisine to join our team. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in preparing a wide range of authentic Indian dishes and be willing to work in Mowe, Ogun State.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook a variety of Indian meals (vegetarian and non-vegetarian).
  • Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet company standards.
  • Maintain kitchen hygiene and adhere to all food safety regulations.
  • Manage kitchen inventory and ensure ingredients are always available.
  • Collaborate with management to design or update the menu when necessary.
  • Supervise kitchen assistants and ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of relevant cooking experience.
  • Proven experience as a Chef specializing in Indian cuisine.
  • Must reside in or around Mowe, Ogun State.
  • Strong knowledge of Indian spices, recipes, and cooking techniques.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain consistency in quality.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.

Salary
N150,000 / Month – Negotiable (based on experience).
