We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Bartender

Location: Lagos

Job Description

• We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about mixology, hospitality, and creating memorable guest experiences.
• You will be responsible for preparing and serving drinks, maintaining bar inventory, and ensuring a clean and professional work environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages professionally.
• Ensure bar area is fully stocked, clean, and well-organized at all times.
• Interact with customers in a friendly and engaging manner.
• Maintain accurate records of sales and stock usage.
• Adhere to hygiene, safety, and responsible service standards.
• Assist in bar inventory control and replenishment.
• Handle POS transactions accurately.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as a bartender in a hotel, resort, or reputable hospitality establishment.
• Should reside within Eleko, Ibeju-Lekki, or Ajah axis.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, wines, and beverage presentation.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Must be neat, well-groomed, punctual, and reliable.
• Must be available to work weekends and public holidays.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and late shifts.

Attractive and commensurate with experience.
