Job Title: Restaurant Manager

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining high-quality standards in food and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate all restaurant operations.
  • Manage staff schedules, training, and performance.
  • Ensure top-notch customer experience and resolve any service issues promptly.
  • Monitor inventory, supplies, and cost control.
  • Work closely with the kitchen and service teams to maintain efficiency and consistency.
  • Implement health, safety, and hygiene standards.
  • Develop and execute strategies to boost sales and customer retention.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and hospitality best practices.
  • A customer-oriented attitude and attention to detail.

What We Offer

  • Salary: N150,000 – N200,000 Monthly
  • Accomodation and Feeding.
