Job Title: Mixologist / Bartender

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • Create, mix, and serve beverages that reflect the hotel’s premium brand while ensuring an exceptional bar experience for guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare cocktails, mocktails, and signature drinks.
  • Maintain cleanliness and inventory of bar area.
  • Interact with guests to recommend and personalize drinks.
  • Ensure responsible alcohol service and safety compliance.
  • Manage bar stock and record daily sales.

Education / Experience

  • Diploma or certification in Mixology / Hospitality.
  • 2–4 years’ experience in an upscale bar or 5-star hotel.

Requirements / Skills:

  • Knowledge of classic and modern mixology.
  • Creative presentation and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Strong sense of hygiene and professionalism.

General Requirements:

  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Excellent grooming and personal presentation.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Commitment to maintaining 5-star hospitality standards.
