Uleval Technology – Our client, a prestigious 5-Star Luxury Hotel in Lagos is expanding its operations and invites qualified, passionate, and service-oriented professionals to join their world-class hospitality team.

They are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Waitress / Waiter

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • Deliver superior dining service with courtesy, efficiency, and professionalism in the hotel’s restaurant and lounge areas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet guests and present menus.
  • Take orders accurately and serve food/beverages promptly.
  • Ensure tables and dining areas remain clean and organized.
  • Upsell menu items and promote specials.
  • Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff for seamless service.

Educational Qualification and Experience

  • Candidates should possess an SSCE / Diploma in Hospitality preferred.
  • Must have 2–3 years’ restaurant or hotel dining experience.
  • Living in proximity close to Ikoyi, Victoria Island, Lekki is also an advantage.

Requirements / Skills:

  • Friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Strong communication and attention to detail.
  • Basic knowledge of POS systems and restaurant operations.

Other Requirements:

  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Excellent grooming and personal presentation.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Commitment to maintaining 5-star hospitality standards.
