Job Summary
- We are looking for an experienced Resort Centre Manager to oversee the daily operations of our resort in Lekki/Ajah.
- The ideal candidate will ensure excellent guest experiences, smooth facility management, and strong team performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily resort operations (front desk, housekeeping, food & beverage, maintenance).
- Supervise and motivate staff to deliver top-quality service.
- Maintain high guest satisfaction and handle customer feedback.
- Oversee budgets, expenses, and operational efficiency.
- Ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance with resort standards.
- Work with marketing and sales teams to drive bookings and revenue.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 7–10 years experience in hotel or resort management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
