Responsibilities

  • This is a full-time on-site role for a Hotel Operations Manager located in Port Harcourt.
  • The Hotel Operations Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure high-quality customer service,drive sales and profitabilityand maintain operational efficiency.
  • Responsibilities include managing staff, coordinating with various departments, handling guest inquiries and complaints, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and managing budgets to achieve financial objectives.

Salary
N200,000 – N700,000 Monthly.
