Job Title: Account Executive

Location: Abuja (FCT) 
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Account Executive to join our finance team.
  • This role is critical to maintaining our financial integrity and ensuring accurate reporting across all business operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure all transactions are properly documented and recorded
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with applicable accounting standards
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments
  • Conduct regular bank reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies
  • Process payroll and ensure compliance with relevant tax regulations
  • Prepare financial reports for management review and decision-making
  • Support audit processes and ensure compliance with all statutory requirements, including tax filings
  • Monitor cash flow and maintain optimal working capital levels.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields
  • An ICAN (Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria) qualification or ACA/ACCA is required
  • Minimum of 3 – 5 years of relevant accounting experience
  • Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, or similar)
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications
  • Strong understanding of Nigerian tax laws and financial regulations
  • Excellent numerical and analytical skills.

Salary Range
N300,000 – N350,000 monthly.
