Job Title: Chartered Accountant (Boutique Hotel & Spa)

Location: Abuja

Position Overview

• The Chartered Accountant will be responsible for managing financial operations, ensuring compliance with Nigerian tax laws, and providing strategic financial guidance to support the hotel and spa’s objectives.
• The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in hotel finance, a strong analytical mindset, and excellent interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all financial operations of the hotel and spa, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with the latest Nigerian tax laws, pension regulations, and health insurance requirements.
• Monitor and manage government taxes and regulations impacting hospitality and spa operations in Abuja.
• Analyze financial data to provide insights and recommendations for improving financial performance.
• Collaborate with management to develop financial strategies that align with the business objectives.
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely reporting to stakeholders.
• Provide guidance on store and kitchen operations from a financial perspective to optimize costs and maximize profitability.
• Foster strong relationships with internal teams and external partners, ensuring clear communication and collaboration.

Requirements

• Must be a Chartered Accountant with a valid certification.
• Extensive knowledge of hotel finance and financial management principles.
• Highly knowledgeable in data analysis and financial reporting.
• Strong understanding of Nigerian tax laws, pension, and health insurance regulations.
• Familiarity with government taxes and regulations relevant to the hospitality and spa industries.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Salary Range
N300,000 – N400,000 / Month.
