We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Account Officer / Bookkeeper (Supermarket)

Location: Ojota, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Department: Finance
Reports To: CEO / Store Manager

Job Summary

  • The Account Officer / Bookkeeper will establish and maintain financial systems for the new supermarket, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and accountability from day one.

Key Responsibilities

  • Record and reconcile daily POS and cash transactions.
  • Manage supplier payments, petty cash, and expenses.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly financial reports.
  • Support audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
  • Track sales performance and expenditure.

Requirements

  • B.Sc Degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • 1 – 3 years accounting experience.
  • ICAN certification is an advantage.
  • Organized, analytical, and detail-oriented.

Salary
N100,000 – N150,000 / Month.
