Efezi Southsea Nigeria Limited, established in 2009, is a hospitality consultancy firm specializing in providing expert services to small and medium-sized hotels.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Male Hotel Accountant

Location: Lagos

Role Summary

  • We are seeking a qualified and experienced Hotel Accountant to manage and oversee all hotel financial operations.
  • The ideal candidate must possess a strong understanding of hotel accounting systems, cost control, and software applications specific to the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate financial records and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, revenue, and expense tracking.
  • Handle payroll processing and statutory remittances.
  • Prepare and analyze budgets, forecasts, and financial statements.
  • Ensure compliance with hotel financial policies and internal controls.
  • Collaborate with management to enhance financial performance and cost efficiency.

Requirements

  • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Hotel Accountant or similar role.
  • Excellent knowledge of hotel management and accounting software (e.g., Opera PMS, Micros, Sage, or similar systems).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Professional certification (ICAN or equivalent) is an added advantage.

Salary
N150,000 – N160,000 monthly.
