Job Title: Technology Manager / Lead

About the Job

  • We are looking for an experienced Technology Manager / Lead to oversee our Software Engineering, Business Analysis, and Product Management teams — both internally and across client engagements.

Responsibilities
What You’ll Do:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage cross-functional technology teams — including software engineers, business analysts, and product managers — ensuring excellence in delivery and performance.
  • Oversee end-to-end technical execution for internal and client projects, from planning and architecture to deployment and optimization.
  • Collaborate with client stakeholders to translate business objectives into scalable, efficient, and innovative technical solutions.
  • Define and implement best practices for development, documentation, testing, and deployment.
  • Drive alignment between technology, product, and business strategies to ensure consistent delivery outcomes.
  • Assess project risks, manage dependencies, and provide technical leadership in resolving complex challenges.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and professional development of technical talent.
  • Identify and recommend modern tools, frameworks, and technologies to enhance team productivity and innovation.
  • Ensure projects meet the highest standards of security, compliance, and performance.

Requirements
What We’re Looking For:

  • 5–7 years’ experience in software development, product delivery, or technology management — preferably in a consulting, fintech, or digital transformation environment.
  • Proven experience leading or coordinating engineering, business analysis, and product management functions.
  • Strong understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC), agile delivery, and modern technical project management frameworks.
  • Hands-on technical expertise in areas such as backend/frontend development, cloud systems, or DevOps.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and client relationships in a fast-paced environment.
