We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Relationship Officer
Location: Abeokuta, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time
Responibilities
- Evaluate loan applications and assess applicants’ financial situations.
- Determine loan eligibility and recommend appropriate loan products.
- Manage loan disbursements, collections, and repayment schedules.
- Provide financial advice and support to clients.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve loan portfolio targets.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess relevant qualifications.
- 1 – 2 years proven experience in the microfinance sector.
- Strong understanding of loan origination and management processes.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Ability to assess creditworthiness and mitigate risk.
- Proficiency in financial analysis and documentation.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills.
