Job Description

  • TMAsourcing Solutions is hiring a Customer Service Representative (Male)for a food and logistics company in Alaro, Ibadan.
  • The ideal candidate will handle walk-in and online customer inquiries, provide accurate information, resolve issues, and ensure smooth shipment documentation and processing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Attend to walk-in and online customer inquiries.
  • Provide accurate details on shipping rates, timelines, and services.
  • Handle complaints professionally and ensure quick resolution.
  • Maintain proper customer and transaction records.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service quality.
  • Support shipment processing, packaging, and documentation.

Requirements

  • OND / HND / Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
  • 1 – 3 years of experience in customer service (preferably logistics/shipping).
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite (Sheets, Drive, Gmail).
  • Must live within Isolo or nearby areas.
  • Must be 20–27 years oldand willing to work on weekends.

  • Salary: N130,000 Monthly.
  • HMO after 6 months.
  • 2 weeks paid leave after confirmation.
  • Quarterly performance bonus (up to ₦40,000).
