WWM-84 Integrated Services Limited is a unique Collection Company that deals majorly on loan recovery. Our basic salary and bonuses for staffs are very attractive, especially for collectors. We know the importance of collectors, this is why we treat them with utmost priority. We work 5 days in a week, that’s Monday to Friday. Our mission is to fight for a world without defaults by providing special recovery support. We are accountable, transparent and reliable to start a career with.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Collector

Location: Iyana-Ipaja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Role

  • The primary goal of a collector is to ensure timely repayment of loans while maintaining a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contacting Customer: Reach out to customers with overdue payments via phone calls, emails and sms.
  • Resolving issues: Address customer concerns and issues related to loan repayment.
  • Negotiating Repayment Plans: Work with customers to establish repayment plans that are feasible.
  • Updating Customers Accounts: Maintain accurate records of customers.
  • Meeting Recovery Targets: Achieve daily and monthly recovery targets.
  • Compliance: Adhere to regulatory requirements and company policies when interacting with customers and handling sensitive information.

Requirements

  • Experienced and non-experienced collectors are needed urgently.
  • Interested applicants should live within Iyana-Ipaja axis.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to handle rejection and pressure
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Familiarity with loan products and regulations
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Benefits

  • Salary: N65,000 / month
  • Bonus: Everyday bonus base on performance after meeting target for the cycle. (Bonus has no cap, you can achieve as much as you want base on your performance and receive more than N200,000 as Monthly Salary. Bonus has no cap).
