Job Title: Senior Support Services & Compliance Executive
Location: Lagos

Description
To ensure the organization operates in full compliance with regulatory, legal, and internal policies while providing efficient support services across all operational functions.
This role safeguards organizational integrity, mitigates risk, and enhances operational effectiveness through streamlined processes, audits, and adherence to compliance standards.
Responsibilties
Ensure the organization complies with local, national, and international regulatory requirements.
Develop, implement, and monitor internal policies and procedures.
Conduct periodic compliance audits and recommend corrective actions.
Oversee administrative functions including procurement, logistics, facilities, and office management.Ensure operational workflows are efficient, documented, and adhered to by all departments
.Manage vendor contracts, service-level agreements, and maintenance schedules.Identify operational and compliance risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
Prepare and present regular compliance and operational reports to senior management.
Collaborate with HR, Finance, IT, and other departments to ensure seamless operational support.Liaise with external regulatory authorities, auditors, and stakeholders as required.
Conduct compliance and operational training for staff.
Ensure employees understand organizational policies and procedures.
Key Performance Indicators
Resolution Number of compliance breaches reported versus resolved
Timeliness and accuracy of compliance and operational reports
Vendor performance and service delivery adherence
Efficiency improvements in support services (time/cost saved)Audit findings and corrective action implementation rate
Employee adherence to policies and procedures.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Public Administration, or related fields
Professional certifications in compliance, risk management, or operational management (e.g., CCEP, CIPM, ISO Lead Auditor) preferred
Strong knowledge of procurement, logistics, and government regulatory processes (NIPEX, NIMASA, NNPC, DPR, etc.).
Experience:
Minimum 5 – 7 years of progressive experience in compliance, support services, or operational management
Proven experience in managing compliance frameworks and operational support functions
Experience in multi-departmental coordination and vendor management
INGO or corporate environment experience is highly desirable.
