Job Description
Key Focus Areas:
- Technical and Management Consulting in Engineering – Mechanical / Electrical / Power sector (Generation, Transmission, Distribution).
- Technical Training (Design and Delivery)
- Business Development
- P&L for the Organization
- People & Resource Management
- Strategy and Policy Execution
- Customer and Brand Management
Qualification / Experience
Additionally, your qualification and experience will include:
- Engineering Degree with MBA
- Over 15 years of professional experience in the Technical Consulting – Mechanical / Electrical / Power & Utilities sector, with a minimum of 8 years spent at senior (managerial) level
- Strong business development skills
- Strong Technical Consulting experience
- Experience in implementing business plans, annual budgets and monitoring projects/organizations for performance.
- Inspiring leadership in diverse and multicultural environments
- Excellent interpersonal and networking skills.
Skills:
- In order to thrive in this role, you must be an individual with strategic orientation and strong leadership skills acquired working in a multicultural environment, given the nature of the role and the tremendous work that will go in to ensuring a complete business turnaround.
- Strong business development, Leadership and Technical Consulting experience is a must.
