We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Farm Manager

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in agriculture, animal science, or a similar field, with 5-8 years of farming experience.
  • Recommended: business management or administration course.
  • Must have excellent problem-solving, analytical, critical thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to make decisions in stressful environments and willingness to work overtime.
