Job Title: Estate Surveyor

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Job Summary

• We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Estate Surveyor to oversee property valuation, inspections, lease management, and real estate advisory services.
• The ideal candidate will provide professional expertise in land and property matters while ensuring compliance with industry standards and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct property valuation, feasibility studies, and market analysis.
• Manage property inspections, documentation, and due diligence activities.
• Prepare valuation reports, lease agreements, and other estate management documentation.
• Provide advisory services on land use, property investment, and market trends.
• Monitor property conditions and recommend necessary maintenance actions.
• Assist in the negotiation, acquisition, and disposal of properties.
• Maintain accurate property records and ensure compliance with statutory regulations.
• Liaise with clients, landlords, tenants, and regulatory authorities.
• Support the development and execution of real estate strategies.
• Perform other related duties assigned by the Head of Surveyor.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in estate management, Surveying, or related field.
• 3–6 years of relevant experience in estate surveying or property management.
• Strong knowledge of valuation methods, property law, and real estate principles.
• Proficiency in MS Office and real estate management software.
• Strong analytical, communication, and reporting skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple assignments.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.

Salary
N300,000 – N350,000 Monthly.
